Sultaniya Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving humanity and addressing the essential needs of the deserving people of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) state. Chairman

The chairman is the chief Executive Officer of the corporation and general and active supervision over the business and affairs of the corporation. The chairman can cease the services of any other officer of any rank at any time if the latter found to be in any such practice which is unhealthy for the interests of the organisation. The chairman must sign, as well as the Secretary, either manually or in facsimile. Membership certificates of the corporation. Unless otherwise provided by law or in the Articles of Incorporation or in this Code of Bylaws or by the Board of Directors, the chairman must sign, execute and deliver, in the name of the Corporation all deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts or other instruments authorized by the Board of Directors. In general, the chairman shall perform all duties as may from time to time be assigned to him or her by this Code of Bylaws or by the Board of Directors. The chairman should preside at all state meetings, and shall coordinate the efforts of the membership of the all districts. The Board of Directors shall approve or disapprove all compensation, hiring, firing or other disciplinary actions proposed by the chairman with regard to all the other employees of the corporation.
